All purchases made on Quantum Market are at your own risk. If your streaming account is revoked more than twice, we will not offer any replacements or refunds.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted if there has been an error on our part regarding the delivery of the product or service. No other reasons for a refund will be accepted.
2.3 Incorrect Payment Amount
If you send an incorrect payment amount, no refund will be provided.
3. Guarantee and Re-delivery Policy
3.1 Autoclaim Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that any product will be automatically delivered or used as intended. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the delivery has been completed correctly.
3.2 Re-delivery Guarantee
Re-delivery of products or services will only occur if we have explicitly stated this in advance. If no such guarantee is mentioned, no re-delivery will be provided.
3.3 Nitro Delivery
Nitro delivery can take up to 72 hours, depending on availability and stock status.
4. Fraud and Account Management

In the case of supplier fraud, a refund may be issued within 7 days from the purchase date.
4.2 Discord Revocations
We do not offer any compensation for the loss of services due to Discord revocations, such as account bans or account withdrawals.

When filing a claim for services or products, a video recording as proof is required. If such evidence cannot be provided, the guarantee will be considered void.
5.2 Account Limit
We recommend not stacking more than two credits on the same account. This applies to all products and services we offer.
